As a skilled and experienced RJ Practitioner and Racial equity facilitator, I will work with you and your staff to envision Restorative Justice and Racial Equity in your school. Training includes an assessment with staff to assess knowledge, hopes, and expectations so we can cater the training to the specific needs of your school culture. This body of work seeks to shift the culture in order to hold the Restorative Justice practices philosophy and values.
