Culture building and group decision-making can be a challenge. Our group facilitation work looks at how the group is currently functioning as well as what the culture of the group is telling us. 

 

We offer process methods that will support healthy collective collaboration and problem-solving.

We look at process methods such as World Café, Appreciative Inquiry, Participatory Decision-Making, Open Space Technology, Behaviors of high-trust teams, Polarity Management, Emergent Strategy, and several others.

 

As we work with staff and leadership within an organization, we work to find the process methods that will move a group forward in the process of Dialogue, deliberation, and decision-making.
