Red Sea Roads' mission is to bring Relationships from the margins to the center. Red Sea Road seeks to support organizations nationally, leading to a partnership that combines training, planning, and consultation. This partnership will ultimately result in the development of a common framework and a unique set of tools and protocols, all of which will lead to the development and integration of goals through an Equity Plan that can be applied across the organization.

We offer individualized actionshops if an organization has already engaged in a long-term (12-18 month) DEI process or if the actionshop is a launch into a long-term DE &I process.
